Ashleys is a very professional team ably lead by Pooja. Their quality of designing, eye for detail and getting all aspects of the project together before the start of the project was very impressive. When I was visualizing my dream home I wanted something very modern and minimalistic and while browsing through the Instagram I came across the Ashleys and was intrigued by their work. When we were redoing our office post an unfortunate fire accident, we wanted to configure an industrial look along with modern design and aesthetics. Every project for us is of utmost priority. All nuances of design are run through Pooja and all execution work is monitored keenly by Arbaysis. Our team structure ensures that every project has a dedicated team to allow for routine interaction with the Client. The founders themselves assure easy access and communication to comfort every Client.
At Ashleys we provide an integrated approach and provide both design and execution services to ensure and end to end solution . We have separate teams dedicated for design and execution process to seamlessly manage a project from start to finish.
Every project has its own intricacies and nuances . Through experience we guide our Clients during an initial meeting and help them understand and approximation to help move forward with clarity.
Our projects are highly customised and individualistic , so we do not work on a fixed cost basis. We provide an itemised cost based on preliminary boq prepared after the design finalisation . We believe this approach gives both us and the clients a more transparent and holistic view of a project allowing for informed decision and choices as every stage of a project.
Typically every project needs a three months tenure for designing and a nine month tenure for execution . The tenure can varies from project to project depending on the magnitude and detailing a project entails.
Design is an intense process. It begins with thorough briefing with Client to understand their requirements , and runs into preparing the layout , initial story board , detailed story board , 3 d renders for visualisation , construction drawings, material and mood boards . Further for all customised work we create live samples for finishes and detailing so that the client has absolutely clarity at every juncture of the project.
In order to streamline and make it easy for the Clients to short list materials as per the design concept . We at Ashleys not only prepare material boards but also call for shortlisted material samples to the office . This narrowed approach is deliberate so that Client can view and make informed decisions in a more convenient and streamlined manner. For materials like sanitaryware the Client is assisted by a designer to visit the showroom after a round of shortlisted selection which is done through a material board .
We believe in standing by our Clients even after completion of projects and are always accessible for any servicing work that may be needed .
